目的观察一种床单位臭氧消毒器杀菌效果及其实际应用消毒效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法,对该床单位臭氧消毒器消毒效果进行了实验室观察。结果该床单位臭氧消毒器启动运行10min,在消毒容器内臭氧浓度为2 494 mg/m3。将染菌载体布放到床单位消毒器内床单位上、中、下层,经臭氧熏蒸消毒30 min,对载体上污染的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均>3.00。在相同条件下,将一组床单位置于臭氧消毒器内消毒作用30 min,对被褥表面自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论该床单位臭氧消毒器利用臭氧熏蒸消毒对多种细菌繁殖体和真菌都具有较好的杀灭作用,对床单位实际消毒效果能达到规范的要求。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a bed unit ozone sterilizer and its practical application of disinfection.
