以异丁烯为烷基化试剂,在酸催化剂的作用下,对邻苯二酚烷基化生成4-叔丁基邻苯二酚(4-TBC)的反应进行了探索。运用均匀设计法设计实验方案,利用多元线性回归对实验结果进行处理,建立了相应的数学模型,该模型的计算值与实验值相一致,并考察了各个工艺参数对反应结果的影响,较佳的反应条件为:反应温度120~130℃,所用催化剂质量分数为0.8%~1.0%,异丁烯/邻苯二酚为0.9~1.0(摩尔比),反应时间2.0~3.0h。
With isobutene as alkylating agent, the reaction of 4-tert-butylcatechol (4-TBC) was alkylated to catechol under the action of acid catalyst. The uniform design method was used to design the experimental scheme. The experimental results were processed by multivariate linear regression, and the corresponding mathematical model was established. The calculated value of the model was consistent with the experimental value, and the influence of each process parameter on the reaction result was investigated. The reaction conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 120-130 DEG C, the catalyst mass fraction is 0.8% -1.0%, the isobutene / catechol is 0.9-1.0 (molar ratio), and the reaction time 2. 0 ~ 3.0h.
