利用自制的电阻炉加热、循环水冷却式试验机,采用板状试样项端裂纹测试法,对 H13钢进行了热疲劳试验,测试了每100次循环后的裂纹长度和显微硬度的变化.试验结果表明:锻造余热淬火加高温回火后的热疲劳性能优于锻造缓冷加球化退火;提高淬火温度有利于 H13钢热疲劳性能的提高.根据显微组织观察,从理论上解释了上述规律.
The self-made resistance furnace heating and circulating water cooling tester were used to test the thermal fatigue of H13 steel with the crack tip test of plate-like specimen.
