目的了解分析石家庄市饮食行业从业人员乙肝表面抗体水平。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对4065例饮食行业从业人员进行乙肝表面抗体检测,并对检验结果进行统计分析。结果饮食行业从业人员中乙肝表面抗体阳性率为44.01%,在不同年龄和文化程度之间有显著性差异,在性别和民族之间无差异。结论该市饮食从业人员的乙肝表面抗体水平较低,应加强从业人员健康教育,普及乙肝防治知识,提高乙肝疫苗接种率。
Objective To understand and analyze the level of HBsAg in practitioners in the catering industry in Shijiazhuang. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect hepatitis B surface antibody in 4065 employees in the catering industry, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of HBsAg among the employees in the catering industry was 44.01%. There was a significant difference between different ages and educational levels, and there was no difference between genders and ethnic groups. Conclusion The level of hepatitis B surface antibody in diet practitioners in this city is relatively low. Health education among practitioners should be strengthened to popularize the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B and improve the vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine.
