The construction of Incentive Mechanism is an important part of human resource management in enterprises. This paper firstly discusses the necessity of constructing Incentive Mechanism in human resource management of an enterprise, and considers it as an objective demand to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and realize the sustainable development of enterprises. On the basis of this, In order to construct the incentive mechanism of human resources management in enterprises, I hope it can help and construct the encouragement mechanism of human resources management in enterprises.
