本文讨论的是作为液压压下控制系统的一个环节—轧机的动态特性和传递函数。在现有文献中多采用集中参数系统作为轧机的数学力学模型.本文的特点是机架质量按分布参数处理,并简化为弹性棒进行计算.按此计算的轧机自振频率较商。从理论上证明了通常采用机架动柔度G_M(S)≈1理由的充分性。
This article discusses as part of the hydraulic pressure control system - the rolling mill dynamics and transfer functions. In the existing literature, the centralized parameter system is mostly used as the mathematical mechanics model of the rolling mill.The feature of this paper is that the frame quality is processed according to the distribution parameters and simplified as the elastic rod to calculate the natural frequency of rolling mill. It is theoretically proved that the sufficientness of the reason why the dynamic flexibility G_M (S) ≈1 of the frame is generally adopted.
