睾丸性腺间质肿瘤是一种十分罕见的睾丸肿瘤,国内尚未见报告,近来我院先后遇到两例,特报告于后并作讨论。例一:男性,34岁,已婚,80年5月21日入院,住院号234471。左睾丸肿痛四年,呈持续性胀痛,步行时加剧,偶有剧烈疼痛。自觉左睾丸缓慢增大,阴囊皮肤未见发红及流脓现象。体检:发育营养中等,脉搏69次/分,血压120/70毫米汞柱,有胡须,双乳正常,心肺无特殊,肝脾未扪及,腹内未触及包块,两肾区无叩痛。阴毛呈男性分布,阴茎、两侧精索、右附睾、睾丸均正常。左附睾与睾丸界线不清,相当于附睾头部部位有一蚕豆大小硬节,左睾丸约4.5×5.5×3.5立方厘米大小,质软,表面光滑,无沉重感,透光试验 Testicular gonad stromal tumor is a very rare testicular tumor and has not yet been reported in China.
