NOx/CO污染物排放预测是重型燃气轮机低污染(DLN)燃烧室设计技术的重要环节,预测的准确性取决于估算式是否合理适用。为此,对已有估算式的适用性进行了分析,预测我国第一台自主设计的R0110重型燃气轮机燃烧室的污染排放性能,并与试验数据进行对比。结果表明,现有估算式大多不适用,相对可用式只能给出数量级相当的结果;主要原因一是公式对燃烧区温度较为敏感;二是这些公式不能体现现代低污染燃烧室的结构特点,亟需进一步研究和改进。
NOx / CO pollutant emission prediction is an important part of DLT combustion chamber design technology. The accuracy of prediction depends on whether the estimation formula is reasonable or not. Therefore, the applicability of the existing estimation formula is analyzed to predict the emission performance of the first self-designed R0110 heavy gas turbine combustor in China, and compared with the test data. The results show that most of the existing estimation formulas are not suitable, and the relative available formulas can only give orders of magnitude magnitude. The main reason is that the formula is sensitive to the temperature in the combustion zone. Second, these formulas can not reflect the structural characteristics of the modern low-pollution combustion chamber, Urgent need for further research and improvement.
