我院1993年以来.应用KS—2A型治疗仪(简称KS)扫描照射治疗宫颈糜烂507例,获得较好疗效,KS—2A治疗仪为中国科学院生物物理研究所研制.1 临床资料1.1 机器性能 输入电压:220V或110V,可选50Hz,正弦波.输出电压:交流电、非正弦波,0～50V连续可调,输出电流小于1OA、定时范围:0～90分钟可调,光功率检查:0～15W(相对参考值),光斑最小直径1.Ocm.1.2 一般资料 507例为Ⅰ～Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂患者,已婚,年龄20～60岁,盆腔检查正常,宫颈刮片未见癌细胞;刮片巴氏Ⅲ级及Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂者均作宫颈活检除外宫颈癌;有阴道炎者,经治疗后实验室检霉菌、滴虫、淋球菌为阴性.1.3 宫颈糜烂的分度标准 Ⅰ度(轻度):糜烂面积占宫颈面积1/3以下;Ⅱ度(中度):糜烂面积占宫颈面积的1/3～2/3;Ⅲ度(重度):糜烂面积占宫颈面积的2/3以上.1.4 疗效评定标准 (1)痊愈:宫颈局部光滑,糜烂面消失,用2.5%碘酒宫颈染色,全部着色.(2)好转:宫颈糜烂面积缩小,病变变浅,局部上皮新生.重度糜烂变为中度,中度糜烂转变为轻度.(3)无效:患者自觉症状未消失.糜烂面积缩小不明显.

Output voltage: AC, non-sinusoidal, 0 ~ 50V continuously adjustable, the output current is less than 10A, timing range: 0 ~ 90 minutes adjustable, optical power check: 0 ~ 15W (relative reference value), the minimum spot diameter 1.Ocm.1.2 General Information 507 cases of Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ degree cervical erosion patients, married, aged 20 to 60 years old, pelvic examination was normal, no cervical cancer smear cells; Pap smear grade Ⅲ and Ⅲ degree of cervical erosion were cervical biopsy except for cervical cancer; those who have vaginitis, the laboratory test for mold, trichomonas, Neisseria gonorrhoeae negative.1.3 Index of cervical erosion degree Ⅰ (Mild): erosive area accounted for less than 1/3 of cervical area; degree II (moderate): erosive area accounts for 1/3 to 2/3 of cervical area; degree III (severe): erosive area accounts for cervical area 2 / 3 or more.1.4 efficacy evaluation criteria (1) cured: Cervical smooth, erosion surface disappeared, with 2.5% iodine cervical staining, (2) improved: cervical erosion area reduced, lesion shallow, local epithelial neoplasm .Have severe erosion into moderate, moderate erosion into mild. (3) invalid: the patient’s symptoms did not disappear. Erosion area is reduced Not obvious.
