目的探讨CD44蛋白和Tie2 mRNA在骨肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用美联免疫吸附试验法和逆转录聚合酶链反应法,对正常骨组织、骨软骨瘤、尤文肉瘤组织标本各20例内CD44蛋白和Tie2 mRNA含量进行半定量检测。结果尤文肉瘤、骨肉瘤内CD44蛋白和Tie2 mRNA较正常骨组织骨组织含量上调。结论恶性骨肿瘤组织内CD44蛋白和Tie2 mRNA表达失衡,两者的含量均有大幅上升趋势,此项研究可以作为临床确诊肿瘤的良恶的重要理论依据。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD44 protein and Tie2 mRNA in bone tumor. Methods The contents of CD44 protein and Tie2 mRNA in 20 cases of normal bone tissue, osteochondroma and Ewing’s sarcoma were detected semi-quantitatively by using the method of immunoassay and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Results Ewing’s sarcoma, osteosarcoma, CD44 protein and Tie2 mRNA increased compared with normal bone tissue. Conclusions The expression of CD44 protein and Tie2 mRNA in diseased bone tumor is unbalanced, and both of them have a tendency to increase significantly. This study can be used as an important theoretical basis for the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.
