为更好地调动学生的学习积极性,进一步激发其上进心、表现欲,促进学生全面谐调发展,笔者在班级中积极推广“自主合作、愉悦探究”课改实验,通过课堂这一平台,以“小组”为载体,以人为本,尊重学生个体差异,因材施教,引导学生通过自主与合作学习,进行“生生、组组、师生”互动,充分调动情绪、情感等非智力因素的作用,让学习过程变得更加轻松有效,从而大大提高了教学质量,也使每个学生在各方面得到最大提升和发展。
