遵医附院为不设传染科及结核科的综合性医院,不收治肺结核,本文报告47例均系以其它病收住内、外、神经各科,最后确诊(或并发)粟粒型肺结核成人病例。全部病例发现于1971至1981年之间,其诊断系综合X线、临床症状、化验并参考并发肺外结核疾患而定诊。痰涂片检查抗酸杆菌阳性12例、培养阳性1例。47例中男21例、女26例,年龄在15～68岁之间,平均年龄为29.8岁。43例为农民,反映本地区农村结核病流行的一个侧面。26例女性病人中13例在妊娠期
