刘鹗《老残游记》为人们生动描绘了一幅晚清济南府社会风情的画卷。其中所写老残住过的客栈“高陞店”、汇兑或存放过银两的票号“日昇昌”与扇庄“有容堂”皆为实有其店,确有其号。而这3家老字号背后还各隐藏着一些传奇故事,从中不难窥见清末民初以来济南传统工商业的兴衰变迁。晚清市井风情中的老字号《老残游记》书中第二回开篇写 Liu Xie “Lao Travels” vividly depicts a picture of the social customs of Jinan Prefecture in late Qing Dynasty.
