本实验检测了输精管结扎3月组(VG)及对照组(CG)大鼠的血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、睾丸组织雄激素结合蛋白(ABP)、核雄激素受体(NAR)含量及睾丸雄激素色体的基因表达。结果发现,①血清LH结扎组较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),血清FSH,两组无差异;②结扎组血清T较对照组降低;③结扎组睾丸组织ABP及NAR含量均高于对照组;④用α-32P标记的雄激素受体cDNA与睾丸组织RNA的斑点杂交,显示结扎组表达增强。提示,输精管结扎后,机体发生了适应性的改变。
In this study, serum levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone (T), and testicular tissue androgen binding protein (ABP) were measured in vasectomized March rats and control rats. , Nuclear androgen receptor (NAR) content and testicular androgen gene expression.
