江苏商业系统企业的经理,普遍存在着年龄偏大、文化水平偏低的状况。从参加国家经理统考的第一、二期175位经理分析:40岁以下的70人,占40%;大专以上文化的26人,占15%,初中以下文化的占40%,有70人。而在大专以上文化的26人中,从财经院校毕业只有2人。少数人虽然有较高的文化知识和一定的专业知识,但由于长期没有更新知识的机会,知识逐渐“老化”。不少经理由于素质比较低,在处理各种关系时,往往缺乏全局观念,只关心局部利益,忽视社会效益。在经营上,不能很好地根据自己企业的特点来执行党和国家的方针、政策和法律,满足消
The managers of Jiangsu’s commercial system enterprises generally have a situation of over-age and low cultural level. From the analysis of the 175 managers from the first and second phases of the national manager’s examination, 70 people under 40 years old accounted for 40%; 26 people above the junior college level accounted for 15%, and 40% below the junior high school accounted for 70 people.
