目的:考察乌头汤中加入半夏、贝母对抗氧化活性的影响,从抗氧化活性角度验证乌头反半夏与贝母的科学性。方法:分别以FRAP法测定总抗氧化活性,对DPPH.的清除能力测定清除自由基的活性。对比乌头汤中加入生半夏、川贝母与乌头汤的抗氧化活性,同时考察单煎制川乌、制川乌分别与反药及其他组方药配伍的抗氧化活性。结果:乌头汤与生半夏、川贝母配伍均会对抗氧化活性有一定的抑制作用,其中与川贝母的配伍降低作用最为明显。结论:乌头汤与生半夏,川贝母配伍会降低其抗氧化活性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of adding Perennial Fritillaria cirrhosa and Fritillaria cirrhosa on the antioxidant activity of Aconite Decoction, and to verify the scientific nature of Aconitine and Pinellia from the perspective of antioxidant activity. Methods: The total antioxidant activity was measured by FRAP method and the scavenging activity of free radical was determined by DPPH. Compare the anti-oxidant activity of raw Pinellia tuber, Fritillaria cirrhosa and Aconite Decoction, and study the antioxidant activity of Radix Aconiti Preparata and Radix Aconiti Preparata respectively with anti-drug and other prescriptions. Results: Wutou soup and raw Pinellia, Fritillaria cirrhosa compatibility will have a certain inhibitory effect on antioxidant activity, in which the compatibility with Fritillaria decreased the most obvious role. Conclusion: Wudu soup and raw Pinellia, Fritillaria compatibility will reduce its antioxidant activity.
