长期以来,我国高中班级管理一直采用粗放式的班级管理方式,班主任作为班级管理的主要负责人,常常会忽视学生的心理健康教育,一味的通过“人治”进行管理,致使教育教学中,学生的主体地位很难获得有效体现,造成这种问题的根源在于,在教学管理实际过程中,高中班主任对“人本”管理理念的重要性缺乏必要的认识。因而,本文将对以人为本的高中学生管理进行研究分析,以期给相关研究者以有益借鉴。
