钢丝腐蚀是导致斜拉索运营能力下降的主要因素,为了有效评估既有斜拉索的运营安全性,对其钢丝腐蚀程度进行准确的分级评价是基础性的工作。由于钢丝表面的蚀坑是导致钢丝力学性能退化的主要原因,采用实际工程更换下来的斜拉索中腐蚀钢丝为样本,以蚀坑几何尺寸为主要评价参数,进行了钢丝腐蚀分级下蚀坑参数测量试验研究。试验数据表明:钢丝腐蚀程度等级越高,蚀坑发育越明显,分布由稀疏变化为紧密相连,典型蚀坑深度逐渐增大,钢丝截面损伤率迅速扩大。基于试验统计数据,提出了包含蚀坑参数指标的斜拉索钢丝腐蚀分级的新评价标准,可有效提高斜拉索腐蚀开窗检测的实践操作性。
Corrosion of the wire is the main factor leading to the decrease of the operating capacity of the stay cable. In order to effectively evaluate the operational safety of the existing stay cable, accurate grading evaluation of the corrosion degree of the steel wire is the basic work. Because corrosion pits on the surface of the steel wire are the main reason for the mechanical properties degradation of the steel wire, the corroded steel wires in the stayed cables replaced by the actual engineering are taken as samples. The corrosion pits are taken as the main evaluation parameters for corrosion pits. Measurement test research. The experimental data shows that the higher the grade of steel corrosion is, the more obvious the development of corrosion pits is, the more the distribution of the corrosion pits is closely linked. The depth of the typical corrosion pits increases gradually, and the damage rate of the steel wires rapidly increases. Based on the experimental statistics, a new evaluation criterion for the corrosion grade of inclined cable containing corrosion pits is put forward, which can effectively improve the practical operability of the test.
