油页岩中含有一定的微量元素,在油页岩干馏过程中会向其他产物中迁移而污染环境。为了研究油页岩中微量元素微波干馏过程中的挥发行为,对桦甸油页岩进行密度分级,并对油页岩原样及各密度级组分进行干馏试验。微量元素的含量采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测试。试验结果表明,在微波干馏过程中,桦甸油页岩中的微量元素的挥发率高于常规干馏过程,桦甸油页岩中的微量元素主要富集在无机矿物质中,微波干馏过程中,不同密度级油页岩中的微量元素挥发行为区别不大,富集在无机质中的微量元素也会有较大程度挥发。
Oil shale contains a certain amount of trace elements in the oil shale distillation process will migrate to other products and pollute the environment. In order to study the volatilization behavior of microelements in oil shale during microwave retorting, the density of Huadian oil shale was graded, and the original and various density fractions of oil shale were subjected to dry distillation. Trace element content was measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The experimental results show that during the process of microwave dry distillation, the volatilization rate of trace elements in the oil shale of Huadian is higher than that of conventional dry distillation. The trace elements in the oil shale of Huadian are mainly concentrated in inorganic minerals. During the microwave dry distillation The trace element volatilization behavior of oil shale in different densities is not very different. The trace elements enriched in inorganic matter also have a greater degree of volatility.
