采用以模糊逻辑进行控制的模糊PID控制器,设计新型旋风-布袋复合除尘器,其变频调速进气控制系统具有多参数、非线性、时滞性等特点。该系统可以根据不同粉尘粒径及浓度变化选择合适的控制参数,并对除尘器内部压力系统的进气量调节实施有效控制。Simulink仿真分析结果表明,新型除尘器内部气压模糊PID参数控制较常规PID控制具有更小的超调量、较短的调节时间与较少振荡次数,并具有较好的动态响应特性和稳态特性。新型除尘器在提高除尘效率的同时,其进气系统的良好控制实现了对不同粒径及浓度粉尘的有效去除。
Adopting the fuzzy PID controller which is controlled by fuzzy logic, a new cyclone - bag filter is designed. The control system of the variable frequency speed governing air intake has many parameters, such as nonlinearity, time delay and so on. The system can be based on different particle size and concentration of dust changes in the selection of appropriate control parameters, and the dust pressure inside the system to effectively control the intake air volume regulation. Simulink simulation results show that the new PID fuzzy PID controller has smaller overshoot, shorter adjustment time and fewer oscillations than the conventional PID control, and has good dynamic response and steady-state characteristics . The new dust collector to improve the efficiency of dust removal, while its good control of the intake system to achieve different particle size and concentration of dust effectively removed.
