本文提出了一种优选坦克柴油机中冷温度的方法,通过选择冷却系统体积作为目标函数,使比油耗、爆发压力、涡轮前气体温度、增压器转速、冷却系统功率消耗、中冷器体积以及水散器体积不超过某些极限值作为约束条件,建立了中冷温度优选问题的数学模型,并提出了求解的方法。以西德MTU 8V331柴油机为实例、进行了中冷温度优选,最后对优选结果进行了理论分析与实际验证。
In this paper, a method of optimizing the intercooler temperature of tank diesel engine is proposed. By choosing the cooling system volume as the objective function, the specific fuel consumption, explosion pressure, gas temperature before turbo, supercharger speed, cooling system power consumption, intercooler volume and The size of the water diffuser does not exceed some limit values as a constraint, and a mathematical model of the optimal temperature of the intermediate temperature is established. A solution method is proposed. Taking the MTU 8V331 diesel engine in West Germany as an example, the optimum temperature of the intermediate cooling was carried out. Finally, the theoretical analysis and practical verification of the optimized results were carried out.
