近代航空器上广泛使用钛合金,测定国产钛合金的各种冲压性能供使用部门参考,将对生产有所帮助。本文仅为国产钛合金板材冷冲压性能参数试验的部分内容。试验对国产TCI牌号钛合金进行了拉伸、弯曲和压延性能的参数试验。其中包括测定室温状态下的最小弯曲半径、回跳值、回跳量与成形温度的关系等弯曲工艺参数和测定室温状态下的合适压迫力、模具几何参数、极限压延系数及其与成形温度的关系等压延工艺参数。文中还简单介绍了试验所用各种设备。本文是根据七一届工农兵学员毕业专题实践和部分教员的补充试验数据整理的。由于毛料来源、试验设备和时间等条件的限制、所得结果很不完全,是否反映了客观规律,尚待考核,因此文中数据仅供参考。
