利用N-乙酰咪唑修饰高密度脂蛋白-3(HDL3)研究其对RDL3结合肝癌SMMC-7721细胞能力的影响。结果:HDL3乙酰咪唑修饰降低其竞争结合作用。这一抑制作用取决于乙酰咪唑浓度,在1mol/L时达最大抑制。结果提示HDL3中酪氨酸残基存在于HDL3结合确认部位,参与HDL3的受体结合过程。
N-acetyl imidazole modified high-density lipoprotein-3 (HDL3) to investigate the RDL3 binding capacity of SMMC-7721 hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Results: HDL3 acetylimidazole modification decreased its competitive binding. This inhibition depends on the acetylimidazole concentration and reaches the maximum inhibition at 1 mol / L. The results suggest that tyrosine residues in HDL3 exist in the recognition sites of HDL3 binding and are involved in the receptor binding process of HDL3.
