本文根据补偿原理制作了γ-Fe_2O_3/LaFeO_3复合气敏元件,测量了该元件的气敏特性。由于p型LaFeO_3元件对n型γ-Fe_2O_3元件的补偿,有效地抑制了乙醇的干扰,改善了对丁烷的选择性。
In this paper, the γ-Fe_2O_3 / LaFeO_3 composite gas sensor was fabricated according to the principle of compensation, and the gas sensing characteristics of the device were measured. As the p-type LaFeO_3 element of the n-type γ-Fe_2O_3 element compensation, effectively inhibiting the interference of ethanol, improved selectivity to butane.
