以含双隐性基因sh2sh2wxwx的甜糯玉米自交系和含单隐性基因sh2sh2的甜玉米自交系为材料,研究在不同温度处理下各材料的萌发及出苗情况。结果表明:单隐性甜玉米自交系SH-251在10℃低温处理下发芽率最高为91.0%,在35℃高温处理下发芽率最高为93%,其耐低温和高温的能力要高于双隐性甜糯玉米自交系。双隐性甜糯玉米自交系中,D6644和京甜糯6的耐低温和高温能力较强,D6644在35℃的发芽率最高为92.3%,活力指数为7.76,京甜糯6在35℃的发芽率最高为79.3%,活力指数为8.83。
The sweet waxy corn inbred lines containing double recessive genes sh2sh2wxwx and the sweet corn inbred lines containing the single recessive gene sh2sh2 were used as materials to study the germination and emergence of the materials under different temperature treatments.
