目的研究人肠道菌群对汉黄芩苷的代谢作用。方法采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术分析肠道菌群对汉黄芩苷的代谢物;此外,采用16 S r DNA分子生物学方法进行肠道细菌的鉴定与组成分析。结果汉黄芩苷主要被代谢为汉黄芩素和少量的脱甲基代谢物,且肠道混合菌群的代谢能力较强。多数Enterococcus属和Escherichia属的肠道细菌具有代谢功能,其中具有较强代谢活性的一种单菌为Escherichia sp.41。结论汉黄芩苷主要被代谢为汉黄芩素和少量的脱甲基代谢物,鉴定出一种单菌为Escherichias sp.41。
Objective To study the metabolism of human baicalin by human intestinal flora. Methods The metabolites of baicalin from intestinal flora were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF / MS. In addition, 16S rDNA molecular biology was used to identify and analyze intestinal bacteria. Results Baicalin was mainly metabolized to wogonin and a small amount of demethylated metabolites, and the mixed intestinal flora had a strong metabolic capacity. Intestinal bacteria of most Enterococcus and Escherichia species have metabolic functions, of which Escherichia sp. 41, a single species with strong metabolic activity. CONCLUSIONS: Baicalin is mainly metabolized to wogonin and a small amount of demethylated metabolites, and Escherichias sp. 41 is identified as a single bacterium.
