为提高水利水电工程泄水建筑物的抗冲刷磨损、抗气蚀性能,减少维护费用,并确保安全,对新型水工护面材料的研究给予足够的重视是十分必要的。本文介绍了用不饱和聚酯砂浆、丙烯酸环氧酯砂浆和低毒环氧砂浆三类材料作为水工抗冲刷磨损、抗气蚀材料的室内试验研究成果,其中还包括低毒固化剂、稀释剂、增韧剂、引发剂、促进剂等的选择,树脂品种及骨料对砂浆性能的影响,新型减缩剂、偶联剂的应用等。通过试验研究提出这三类树脂砂浆择优的配方和性能。从技术经济效果综合考虑,这三类树脂砂浆各有特色,均可作为水工建筑物抗冲刷磨损、抗气蚀材料。
In order to improve the anti-scouring wear and cavitation erosion resistance, reduce the maintenance cost and ensure the safety of the drainage structures of water conservancy and hydropower projects, it is necessary to pay enough attention to the research of the new hydraulic surfacing materials. In this paper, three kinds of unsaturated polyester mortar, epoxy acrylate mortar and low toxicity epoxy mortar three kinds of materials as hydraulic scratch erosion, cavitation erosion resistance of the laboratory experimental research results, including low toxicity curing agent, diluted Agents, toughening agents, initiators, accelerators and other options, resin varieties and aggregate on the performance of mortar, a new type of shrinkage reducing agent, the application of coupling agent. Through the experimental study, we propose the optimal formula and performance of these three kinds of resin mortar. Considered from the technical and economic effects, these three types of resin mortar have their own characteristics, can be used as anti-erosion hydraulic structures, anti-cavitation materials.
