研究了奥贝球铁的接触疲劳破坏形式,应用铁谱技术分析了接触疲劳过程。试 验表明:奥贝球铁接触疲劳破坏形式取决于载荷。在重载条件下(寿命小于 5× 106 次),其破坏形式为片状剥落;在轻载条件下,破坏形式为麻点剥落。疲劳裂纹是在 表面石墨空穴的边角处萌生,并向深处扩展。接触疲劳磨损分三个阶段:磨合阶段, 正常磨损阶段及疲劳磨损阶段。应用铁谱技术可以预测寿命。奥氏体的存在对奥贝球 铁接触疲劳性能有不同的影响。
The contact fatigue failure mode of Aubei ductile iron was studied. The contact fatigue process was analyzed by ferrography. Tests show that the form of contact fatigue failure with the austenitic ductile iron depends on the load. Under heavy load conditions (life less than 5 × 106), the failure mode is flaking; under light load conditions, the failure mode is flaking. Fatigue cracks are initiated at the corners of the surface graphite cavities and expand to the depths. Contact fatigue wear divided into three stages: running-in stage, normal wear stage and fatigue wear stage. Ferrography can predict life expectancy. The presence of austenite has different effects on the contact fatigue properties of Aubert ductile iron.
