[目的]采用HPLC-MS/MS建立18%吡虫啉·氟酰脲悬浮剂含量检测方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,以25%水(2 mmol/L乙酸铵)溶液+75%乙腈(0.1%甲酸)为流动相,使用以Agilent Zorbax SB C_(18)5μm填料的不锈钢柱和MSD检测器,对试样中的吡虫啉和氟酰脲进行测定,外标法定量。[结果]该分析方法的吡虫啉和氟酰脲线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9999,变异系数分别为1.14%和5.50%,平均回收率分别为88.21%和79.78%。[结论]该方法操作简单,准确度、精密度及灵敏度均满足要求,可用于18%吡虫啉·氟酰脲悬浮剂含量检测。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of 18% imidacloprid / fluronyl urea suspension concentrate by HPLC-MS / MS. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) was used with a mobile phase of 25% water (2 mmol / L ammonium acetate) and 75% acetonitrile Stainless steel column and MSD detector, imidacloprid and flufenoxuril in the sample were determined by external standard method. [Result] The linear correlation coefficients of imidacloprid and trifluoperazine were 0.9996 and 0.9999 respectively. The coefficients of variation were 1.14% and 5.50% respectively. The average recoveries were 88.21% and 79.78% respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple, accurate, precise and sensitive to meet the requirements and could be used for the determination of 18% imidacloprid / fluronyl urea suspending agent.
