目的:评价仿真内镜(VG)对隆起型胃壁病灶的检出及其与常规胃镜检查(EG)的比较。方法:从2001年3月～2004年1月期间,共38例患者行VG和EG检查。患者选择标准为有上消化道症状并在VG检查前一星期已行EG检查。采用多层CT(Mx8000;PhilipsMedicalSystems)进行扫描。不用对比增强。图像
Objective: To evaluate the detection of elevated gastric wall lesions by simulated endoscopy (VG) and its comparison with conventional gastroscopy (EG). Methods: From March 2001 to January 2004, a total of 38 patients underwent VG and EG examinations. Patient selection criteria were upper gastrointestinal symptoms and EG examinations were performed one week prior to VG. Multi-slice CT (Mx 8000; Philips Medical Systems) was used for scanning.
