目的:研究Bcl-2蛋白产物在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达及其意义。方法:应用S-P免疫组化方法检测。结果:10例SCC均表达Bcl-2蛋白,而且肿瘤细胞Bcl-2蛋白表达强度与表皮Bcl-2蛋白表达强度及肿瘤Broder病理分级呈显著正相关(r′s分别为1和0.919,P分别<0.001)。结论:支持皮肤SCC起源于表皮,表明Bcl-2蛋白与皮肤SCC的发生与发展密切相关。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of Bcl-2 protein product in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). METHODS: S-P immunohistochemistry was used for detection. RESULTS: Bcl-2 protein was expressed in 10 cases of SCC, and the expression of Bcl-2 protein was positively correlated with the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the epidermis and Broder’s pathological grade (r’s were 1 and 0.919, respectively). P <0.001 respectively). Conclusion: The skin-derived SCC originated from the epidermis, indicating that Bcl-2 protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of skin SCC.
