结合铁岭发电厂2号机组协调控制系统的改造,针对锅炉回转式空气预热器LFK-3型漏风自动控制系统设计不合理、故障率高、漏风量大等影响和制约锅炉燃烧系统及协调控制系统自动投入的问题,从产生故障的具体原因入手,进行整体论证分析,得出相应对策并制定具体实施方案,对系统进行了全面改造。改造后系统投入控制效果好,对同类型机组的漏风控制系统改造具有参考和借鉴意义。
