目的通过对1起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒检测过程的分析,探讨基层实验室如何提高食物中毒检测速度。方法采集食物中毒患者肛拭样本,参照国家相关标准进行检测分析。结果从3份肛拭样品中检出3株副溶血性弧菌。结论运用相关标准的检测方法可快速检测出食物中毒致病菌。
Objective To analyze the detection process of food poisoning caused by a Vibrio parahaemolyticus and to explore how the grassroots laboratories can improve the detection rate of food poisoning. Methods Collecting samples of anal swabs in food poisoning patients, with reference to the relevant national standards for testing and analysis. Results Three Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in three samples of anal swab. Conclusion The detection of pathogenic bacteria in food poisoning can be quickly detected by using the relevant standard detection methods.
