介绍美国依利诺伊州典型整体式无缝桥梁的设计方法,在此类桥梁的设计理论和方法尚不成熟的情况下,为国内开展整体式无缝桥梁设计提供一种设计思路和方法。笔者根据过去几年在依利诺伊州的桥梁设计实践,介绍了该州整体式无缝桥梁的适应范围和施工顺序,总结了桩基础、桥台、桥台搭板和桥台与上部结构连接的设计方法,同时也指出了它的设计方法的一些缺陷,包括对桥头搭板和耳墙的设计。最后还对非典型整体式无缝桥梁的设计提出一些建议。实践证明,对于满足设计假定的“典型”整体式无缝桥梁,文中所介绍的经验设计方法既经济实用,又安全可靠,相信借鉴国外的成功经验,整体式无缝桥梁在中国将有着广泛的发展前景。
This paper introduces the design method of a typical integrated seamless bridge in Illinois, USA. It provides a design idea and method for the design of integrated seamless bridge in China when the design theory and method of such bridges are not yet mature. Based on the practice of bridge design in Illinois over the past few years, the author introduces the adaptability and construction sequence of the integrated seamless bridge in the state, and summarizes the connection between pile foundation, abutment, bridge abutment and abutment with the superstructure Design methods, but also pointed out some of its design flaws, including the design of the bridge slab and the ear wall. Finally, some suggestions on the design of the atypical monolithic seamless bridge are also given. Practice has proved that for the “typical” monolithic seamless bridge that satisfies the design assumptions, the empirical design method introduced in this article is both economical and practical. It is believed that the seamless monolithic bridge in China will have a A wide range of development prospects.
