用30条麻醉开胸犬观察灯盏细辛对犬急性心肌缺血时AT-Ⅲ活性、tPA和PAI的影响。结果表明:1.灯盏细辛能够使缺血后AT-Ⅲ活性完全恢复至冠脉阻断前水平.缺血后60min和6h与对照组相比。存在非常显著差异(P<0.001);与潘生丁组相比,无显著差异。2.灯盏细辛能够提高缺血后tPA浓度,缺血后6h与对照组或潘生丁组相比,均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。3.灯盏细辛能降低缺血后PAI浓度.缺血后60min和6h,与对照组或潘生丁组相比均存在显著差异(P<0.01),灯盏细辛对缺血早期AT-Ⅲ活性、tPA和PAI的影响可能是灯盏细辛抗心肌缺血的作用原理。
The effects of Dengzhanxin on AT-III activity, tPA and PAI in dogs with acute myocardial ischemia were observed with 30 anesthesia open-chest dogs. The results show that: 1. Erigeron breviscapus can completely restore the activity of AT-III after ischemia to the level before coronary artery occlusion. 60 min and 6 h after ischemia compared to the control group. There was a very significant difference (P<0.001); there was no significant difference compared to the dipyridamole group. 2. Erigeron breviscapus could increase the concentration of tPA after ischemia, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05) compared with the control group or dipyridamole group at 6 hours after ischemia. 3. Erigeron breviscapus can reduce PAI concentration after ischemia. At 60 min and 6 h after ischemia, there was a significant difference compared with the control group or the dipyridamole group (P<0.01).
