选取小麦种子作为实验材料,采用不同浓度的NaCl和Na_2SO_4,探究阴离子不同对小麦种子萌发的影响.分别对小麦种子进行种子萌发试验,观察、测定不同浓度盐胁迫下种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数.结果表明,Na_2SO_4对小麦萌发的促进作用比NaCl对小麦萌发的促进作用强.当NaCl和Na_2SO_4浓度低于50 mmol·L~(-1)时,对小麦种子的萌发具有促进作用,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数升高.当浓度大于50 mmol·L~(-1)时,对小麦种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用,之后随着NaCl和Na_2SO_4浓度的不断增加,各项指标均下降;但NaCl的下降幅度明显大于Na_2SO_4,即Cl~-的胁迫强度大于SO_4~(2-).
Wheat seeds were selected as experimental materials and different concentrations of NaCl and Na_2SO_4 were used to explore the effect of different anions on the germination of wheat seeds.The germination tests of wheat seeds were carried out respectively and the seed germination rate and germination energy under different salt stress Germination index.The results showed that the promoting effect of Na_2SO_4 on wheat germination was stronger than that of NaCl on wheat germination.When the concentration of NaCl and Na_2SO_4 was lower than 50 mmol·L -1, it promoted the germination of wheat seeds, Germination rate, germination potential and germination index increased.When the concentration was higher than 50 mmol·L -1, the germination of wheat seeds was significantly inhibited, and then with the increasing of NaCl and Na_2SO_4 concentration, (P <0.05). However, the decrease of NaCl was greater than that of Na_2SO_4, that is, the stress intensity of Cl ~ - was higher than that of SO_4 ~ (2-).
