目的:研究分析PDCA循环模式对促进临床抗菌药物合理应用的价值。方法:为促进临床抗菌药物合理应用,我院于2015年2月开始引用PDCA循环模式于临床抗菌药物应用中。PDCA循环模式应用至2016年1月结束。对比引用PDCA循环模式前后临床抗菌药物合理性应用情况。结果:统计分析了解到,2014年1月至2015年2月期间抗菌药物使用率为77.9%,2015年2月至2016年1月期间临床抗菌药物使用率为68.3%,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05);同时对比两个时间段,I类手术患者抗菌药物使用率与抗菌药物使用强度时,均表明2015年2月至2016年1月数据具有优越性(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA循环模式应用于临床抗菌药物使用中,有效减少抗菌药物滥用现象,提高临床抗菌药物应用的合理性,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To study and analyze the value of PDCA circulation mode in promoting the rational application of clinical antimicrobial agents. Methods: In order to promote the rational use of clinical antimicrobial agents, our hospital began to refer to the PDCA cycle model in clinical antimicrobial applications in February 2015. The PDCA cycle mode is applied until January 2016. Comparison of rational use of antimicrobial agents before and after the reference PDCA cycle model. Results: The statistical analysis revealed that the antibacterial drug use rate was 77.9% between January 2014 and February 2015, and the clinical antibacterial drug use rate was 68.3% from February 2015 to January 2016, with significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Comparing the two time periods, the usage of antimicrobial agents and the strength of antibacterials in patients with type I surgery showed that the data from February 2015 to January 2016 were superior (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA cycle model in the clinical use of antimicrobial agents can effectively reduce the phenomenon of antimicrobial abuse and improve the rationality of clinical antimicrobial agents, which is of high value.
