提出滚刀切制蜗轮过渡曲面的概念，建立了相应的求解尖点解的条件．结果表明，刃形上满足尖点解的．点为滚刀与蜗轮之间的啮合点，否则为干涉点．
The concept of cutter cutting worm gear transition surface is proposed and the corresponding conditions for solving the cusp solution are established.
