由乐清县自动化仪表厂和自动化仪表三厂联合试制的FD—101型封闭式定量装车装置,有效地改进了国内油槽车装油技术现状,为我国石油储运系统自动化填补了一项空白。油品储运是石油工业中的一个重要环节。我国目前油品运输主要依靠铁路油糟车,其装车技术存在着许多缺点和不安全因素。诸如油槽车的开口容器,在装油时油气挥发严重,不但损耗能源,而且污染环境;由于橡皮鹤管伸入槽口浅,容易甩龙和产生较大的静电荷聚集,影响安全生产;装车时计量依靠人工目测,既容易造成误差,又损害操作人员身体健康。
The FD-101 closed-quantitative loading device jointly manufactured by Yueqing Automated Instrument Factory and the Automated Instrument Factory effectively improved the status of the domestic oil tanker loading technology and filled a gap in the automation of China’s oil storage and transportation system. Oil storage and transportation are an important link in the oil industry. China’s current oil transportation mainly relies on railroad oil trucks. There are many shortcomings and insecurity factors in its loading technology. Open tanks such as oil tankers have a large amount of volatile oil during fueling, which not only causes energy loss, but also pollutes the environment. As the rubber cranes extend into the slots, they are easy to throw off the dragons and generate large static charges, affecting safe production. Vehicle measurement depends on manual visual inspection, which is easy to cause errors and impair the health of operators.
