当代语境下的“教师专业化”研究在我国刚刚起步,但其发展之迅猛令人惊讶,已成为近年来我国教师教育研究中的热点问题。本文以“教师专业化”培养为理论依据,深入剖析现阶段我国高师音乐教师教育培养的现状和问题,并提出切实贯彻高师音乐教育专业职前职后一体化的培养范式,旨在为构建教师专业化视阈下的新型音乐教师培养范式提供些许有益参考。
In the contemporary context, the study of “teacher specialization ” has just started in our country, but its rapid development is surprising. It has become a hot issue in the field of teacher education in our country in recent years. Based on the training of “teacher professionalization”, this paper analyzes in depth the present situation and problems of music teacher education and training in our country and puts forward the training paradigm of earnestly carrying out the integration of post-teaching and post-professional music education in higher teacher education. The construction of a new perspective of teacher professional training model of music teachers to provide some useful reference.
