目的运用超声诊断左室心肌致密化不全(NVM),总结心肌致密不化的超声心动图影像特征,研究临床上超声心动图对诊断左室心肌致密化不全的价值。方法笔者收集了2004年2月至2012年1月间临床疑似诊断为左室心肌致密化不全的病例共51例,都使用超声心动图着重对左室检查,从而确定超声心动图对该病的诊疗价值。结果 51例患者的超声心动图特征都很明显,在超声心动图中,都可见大小不等深陷的小梁隐窝以及排列错综的肌小梁,并且它们形成了网状或者蜂窝状,在靠近心尖1/3室壁的节段最为明显,并波及到了室壁的中段,但一般并没有累及基底段的室壁。经彩色多普勒超声的检查,可以测及隐窝之间的心腔与隐窝之间的低速血流相通。有43例患者累及左室,8例患者累及右室。除此之外,还有18例患者同时有三尖瓣、二尖瓣、主动脉瓣轻到中度的关闭不全。结论由于左室心肌致密化不全(NVM)具有典型的超声心动图特征性表现,所以,采用超声心动图诊断该病,是一种好的选择。
Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of left ventricular myocardium densification by using ultrasonography to diagnose left ventricular myocardial degeneration (NVM) and summarize the features of edema of myocardium. Methods The author collected from February 2004 to January 2012 between the clinical suspicion of diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy incomplete cases of 51 cases, the use of echocardiography focus on left ventricular examination, to determine echocardiography of the disease Therapeutic value. Results The characteristics of echocardiography in 51 patients were all obvious. Echocardiography showed trabecular crypts with unequal sizes and intricately arranged trabecular meshwork, and they formed reticular or honeycombed The segment proximal to the apex 1/3 of the wall is most pronounced and affects the middle of the wall but generally does not involve the basement wall. The color Doppler ultrasound examination, can be measured between the crypts and crypts between the low-speed blood flow between the common. There were 43 patients with LV involvement and 8 patients with RV involvement. In addition, there are 18 patients with tricuspid valve, mitral valve, aortic valve mild to moderate incomplete closure. Conclusion Due to the typical echocardiographic features of left ventricular myocardial degeneration (NVM), it is a good choice to diagnose the disease by echocardiography.
