当用—玻璃容器(称作混合器)代替色谱柱后,用FPD测定汽油中之总有机硫时,我们发现可以得到烃类和硫化物彼此分离而互不干扰的两个峰。据此可以建立一个测定烃—硫化物混合物中总硫含量的方法。此法具有手续简便、快速和可靠的优点,可分析含硫量100ppm以上的油样。工作曲线logR~logC的斜率为1.89±0.12(α=0.05),精确度为±10%,方法回收率可达90~105%,测测定时间只需三分钟。
When the total organosulfur in gasoline was determined by FPD after replacing the column with a glass container (called a mixer), we found that two peaks were obtained in which hydrocarbons and sulphides were separated from each other without interfering with each other. From this it is possible to establish a method of determining the total sulfur content in a hydrocarbon-sulphide mixture. This method has the advantages of simple, fast and reliable procedures, analysis of oil samples containing more than 100ppm of sulfur. The slope of logR ~ logC of the working curve is 1.89 ± 0.12 (α = 0.05) with the accuracy of ± 10%. The recovery rate of the method can reach 90 ~ 105%. The measuring time is only three minutes.
