中医综合疗法治疗急重症为历代医家所重视。笔者近年来亦用此法施诸病家,屡获良效。现略述数则如下:(一)中药口服、灌肠并用治疗尿毒症胡某某,女,67岁。住院号88990。患者30年前即患双侧肾结石,拒绝手术治疗。反复发作浮肿、腰痛,长期服用中西药未愈。此次因突发全身抽搐、干呕3天于1988年4月8日入院。证见患者频发全身强直性抽搐,每日3～4次,伴干呕,嗳气,呃逆,气短难续,面色苍黄,畏寒,尿少色黄,语弱纳差,皮肤淤斑。舌淡白、边有淤点、苔黄
Comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute and severe diseases has been valued by ancient physicians. In recent years, the author has also applied this method to sick families and has repeatedly obtained good results. The following is a brief summary of the following: (a) Chinese medicine oral, enema and treatment of uremia Hu Mou, female, 67 years old. Hospital number 88990. The patient had bilateral kidney stones 30 years ago and refused surgical treatment. Repeated episodes of edema, back pain, long-term use of Chinese and Western medicine has not healed. The patient was admitted to hospital on April 8, 1988 because of sudden body twitching and retching. The evidence shows that the patient frequently has systemic ankylosing convulsions, 3 to 4 times a day, with retching, belching, hiccups, shortness of breath, difficulty in persisting, pale complexion, chills, yellow urine, poor language and poor acne, and ecchymosis.
