对皮下移植人增生瘢痕于ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ裸鼠，对６０只裸鼠皮下的瘢痕块注射１．胶原酶２．胰蛋白酶３．透明质酸酶４．生理盐水５．胶原酶＋透明质酸酶６．胰酶＋透明质酸酶７．胶原酶＋胰酶。结果显示１和７组瘢痕块缩小非常显著。（Ｐ＜０．０５）。（Ｐ＜０．１）。其他各组差异不显著。
Hypertrophic scars were subcutaneously transplanted in BALB / C nude mice and subcutaneously injected with 60 nude mice. Collagenase 2. Trypsin 3. Hyaluronidase 4. Physiological saline 5. Collagenase + Hyaluronidase 6. Trypsin + Hyaluronidase 7. Collagenase + pancreatin. The results showed that 1 and 7 groups of scar shrink very significant. (P <0.05). (P <0.1). Other groups did not differ significantly.
