在新课程标准下,教师要从传统的角色中走出来,不仅需要从教育教学的规律出发给自己的工作和作用定位,而且需要了解社会对教师职业的新期待,进而形成新的教育教学行为。所谓课堂教学,就是教师有目的、有计划组织学生实现有效学习的活动过程。不同的教学理念,会带来不同的教学活动,产生不同的学习效果。新课程方案要求教师关注知识的形成过程和学生学习的方法,关注教学环境的设计、学生学习活动的设计。
Under the new curriculum standard, teachers should come out from the traditional roles. They not only need to set their own jobs and roles from the laws of education and teaching, but also need to understand the new expectation of teachers in the society and form new education and teaching behaviors . The so-called classroom teaching, is the purpose of teachers, there are plans to organize students to effectively learn the activities of the process. Different teaching ideas, will bring different teaching activities, resulting in different learning outcomes. The new curriculum program requires teachers to focus on the formation of knowledge and student learning methods, focusing on the teaching environment design, student learning activities design.
