测试了全国少年男子篮球运动员的形态、体成分特征和无氧代谢能力。实验结果显示 :研究对象的身体形态其身高体重特征具备高大化趋势 ,体型特征还未形成肩宽骨盆窄型 ;F %与篮球运动项目相符 ;30s最大无氧功峰值和 30s平均功较高 ,30s末无氧功下降率较高。研究提示 :应加强速度耐力训练以提高青少年男篮的无氧耐力水平 ,同时应加强上肢肌力训练 ,促进肩带骨发育
The shape, body composition characteristics and anaerobic metabolism ability of national juvenile male basketball players were tested. The experimental results show that the height and weight characteristics of the body shape of the subjects have the tendency of increasing the height, the body shape characteristics have not formed the narrow shape of the shoulder width pelvis; the F% matches with the basketball sport; the peak of 30s maximum anaerobic work and the average work of 30s are higher, 30s at the end of a higher rate of decline in oxygen-free work. The study suggests that: speed endurance training should be strengthened to improve the anaerobic endurance level of young men’s basketball team, at the same time should strengthen the upper limb muscle strength training to promote the shoulder bone development
