对相同粉末装载量的4种粘结剂体系的Fe-NiMIM注射料的粘度和流变行为进行了研究,采用毛细管流变仪,获得了MIM注射料在不同温度、不同剪切速率下的粘度值。分析了MIM注射料的流动性能、粘度对应变速率的敏感性、粘度对温度的敏感性,比较了各粘结剂的粘度和注射料的流动性指数的差异。
The viscosity and rheological behavior of Fe-NiMIM injection for four binder systems with the same powder loading were investigated. The viscosity of the MIM injection at different temperatures and shear rates was obtained by capillary rheometer. value. The flow properties of MIM injection material, the sensitivity of viscosity to strain rate and the sensitivity of viscosity to temperature were analyzed. The differences of viscosity of each binder and the fluidity index of injection material were compared.
