为了研究由硫酸盐侵蚀而导致的混凝土里表不同部位侵蚀的变化特征,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱定性地研究了在10%硫酸钠溶液中浸泡4年的混凝土试件内部的侵蚀产物分布规律。研究表明:在该类侵蚀介质的作用下,混凝土内主要侵蚀产物为石膏和钙矾石;在界面过渡区和水泥石基体中,石膏的含量沿着混凝土厚度方向减少,钙矾石增加;在同一厚度下,界面过渡区中钙矾石和氢氧化钙的含量高于水泥石基体中钙矾石和氢氧化钙的含量。
In order to study the variation of erosion in different parts of concrete surface caused by sulfate attack, the distribution of erosion products in concrete specimens immersed in 10% sodium sulfate solution for four years was qualitatively studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy . The results show that the main erosion products in the concrete are gypsum and ettringite under the action of this kind of erosion media. The content of gypsum decreases along the thickness of concrete and the ettringite increases in the interface transition zone and cement matrix, Under the same thickness, the content of ettringite and calcium hydroxide in the interface transition zone is higher than that of ettringite and calcium hydroxide in the cement stone matrix.
