从测定67个自交系对 C 型雄花不育性的反应表明:玉米 C 型细胞质雄花不育及其恢复性是一种稳定的遗传特性,一般环境条件的差异,不足以改变其雄花育性表现。C 型雄花不育的恢复性受两对独立的显性重复基因(Rf_3、Rf_4)所支配。因此,不育系及其保持系只有 rf_3rf_3rf_4rf_4这一种基因型,而恢复系则有三种基因型,即 Rf_3Rf_3Rf_4Rf_4、Rf_3Rf_3rf_4rf_4、rf_3rf_3Rf_4Rf_4,并推断恢复系中由单基因决定恢复性者居多。同一恢复系内,单株之间可能出现基因型的差别。广泛布点试验结果说明,由 C 型不育系配制的杂交种与普通胞质的同组合杂交种,均具有相同的适应性、抗病性和产量。C 型雄花不育系配制的豫农704,已开始在生产上应用。
The results of 67 inbred lines tested on male sterility of type C showed that male sterility of C type cytoplasm of maize and its restoring ability were stable genetic characteristics. The difference of general environmental conditions was not enough to change the male flower fertility which performed. Restoration of male sterile male sterility C is dominated by two independent dominant and repetitive genes (Rf_3 and Rf_4). Therefore, only the genotype rf_3rf_3rf_4rf_4 was found in CMS line and maintainer line, whereas the restorer line had three genotypes, Rf_3Rf_3Rf_4Rf_4, Rf_3Rf_3rf_4rf_4, rf_3rf_3Rf_4Rf_4, and deduced that most of the restoring lines were single gene-determining ones. Within the same restorer, there may be genotypic differences between the individual plants. The results of a wide range of locations show that the same combination of hybrids and common cytoplasm hybrids prepared from C type sterile lines have the same adaptability, disease resistance and yield. C-type male sterile male sterile system 704, has begun to be applied in production.
