3月初爆出的一则新闻颇耐人寻味。正参加两会的铁道部部长刘志军在京沪高速铁路和沪杭磁悬浮工程批文下发的第二天,便向媒体透露了京沪高铁已经立项的消息。而在京沪高铁将采用德国技术还是日本技术的问题上,刘志军更是抛出了一个爆炸性的新闻:“中共中央和国务院非常重视和关怀京沪高速铁路的技术研发,该铁路线的技术将在吸收各种经验的基础上,完全依靠自主研发。”原本炙手可热的德国和日本技术之争,竟然以双方同时出局而收场,对于中国工商业人士来说,这绝对是一个意味深长的结局。
